Domaine Paul Cherrier Sancerre Phillipa

Domaine Paul Cherrier is in the tiny village of Verdigny, just north of Sancerre. The limestone soil gives this wine crispy mineral and lemon flavors. It's a true classic, without too much bite and a lovely texture. This wine is a bit denser and fuller bodied than many other wines from Sancerre.
