Bell Sauvignon Blanc

Our sauvignon blanc is a crisp and refreshing wine with a very pale color and an elegant green tint. Inviting tropical notes such as pineapple, melon and mango fill the glass with a beautiful bouquet. The palate surprises with a more traditional pink grapefruit citrus that defines the varietal character. Crisp and lean, we find a multi-dimensional sauvignon blanc that shows layers of citrus peel, melon, pineapple and a hint of lemongrass. The acidity is energizing but doesn't overpower, making it a perfect accompaniment to shellfish, poultry, fresh fish, or just in a glass by itself!
