Etude Lyric Santa Barbara County Chardonnay

Etude's winemaking philosophy remains steadfast with this Santa Barbara Chardonnay and the wine was crafted with very minimal winemaking intervention in order to reflect the unique terroir of North Canyon and Cat Canyon Vineyards. Barrel fermentation, sur lies aging in French oak barrels, and partial malolactic fermentation allow for a layered and balanced expression of this vineyard-driven Chardonnay. Broad spectrum of citrus, tropical fruit, and floral aromas. A backbone of fresh fruit flavors and acidity balance the generous fruit weight, creamy texture, and spice notes of this structured Chardonnay.
