Ardbeg Uigeadail Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Matured in ex-bourbon American Oak and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks, Uigeadail - pronounced ‘Ooga-dal’ – is Gaelic for ‘dark and mysterious place’, named after the Ardbeg’s water source, Loch Uigeadail.

Aroma - Christmas cake by a smoky coal fire. Leather, toffees and chocolate raisins. Tarry smoke, flowering currants, walnut bread and mocha espresso.

Taste - Rich, oily and mouth-coating – winter spices explode. Honey-glazed smoked food and treacle. Smoke builds like a fine Montecristo cigar.

Finish - Amazingly long and chewy with lingering raisiny, deep mocha tones.
