Celebrate Halloween with Hob Nob Wicked Red Limited Edition, a fruit forward opulent red blend with hints of oak, blackberries, mocha, and an eerily smooth finish.;

WINEMAKING

Our blend of Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Pinot Noir grapes were harvested at the optimal time in the season in the beautiful region of Languedoc in the South of France when the fruit is ripe and juicy. The grapes were vinified traditionally with care and passion by skilled winemakers. After the initial maceration, malolactic fermentation took place for 3 weeks at 68°F to bring out the full natural fruit character. A part of the wine was then oak aged for 8 weeks to develop fine tannins and structure.
