Patz & Hall Chenoweth Ranch Pinot Noir

This Patz & Hall wine is a deep, dramatic, and mouth-filling expression of a Pinot Noir from the Chenoweth Ranch Vineyard of Sonoma that for all of its palate-saturating richness still shows great elegance and complexity. Bright and forward, the aromas leap from the glass offering layers of cherry, mulled cinnamon stick, dusty rose, carnation, cocoa, and mocha. On the palate, rich flavors of blackberry, black cherry, and dark chocolate are framed by a big structure, dense tannins, and seamlessly integrated new oak, all of which promise a long life in the cellar. A salmon roulade with a Kalamata olive, orange, and celery relish will make a great accompaniment.
