Baron Herzog Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

Baron Herzog Cabernet Sauvignon is made by the Herzog Wine Cellars in Oxnard, California. Baron Herzog Cabernet Sauvignon is produced using grapes grown in California's Central Coast regions of San Luis Obispo and Edna Valley. Each lot of wine was aged separately and all lots were blended before bottling. The Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of berry and blackberry and spice flavors. The wine is only lightly filtered and may form sediment as it ages. Enjoy it with herbed rotisserie chicken, barbecued steaks, or hard cheese.
