We aged this Belgian Quadrupel on locally roasted cacao nibs from Izard Chocolate inside a Rock Town Chocolate Malt Bourbon barrel for an incredibly rich and complex taste. This beer marks the first time we’ve brewed a Quad, and our first use of a barrel from the Flavor Grain Series. The wood pecks at your pallet, while the site of this big beer will stick in your memory long after its gone.
