Pinkus wheat is a refreshing beer pleasure. Strictly according to the German Purity Law Pinkus yeast wheat is made from 60% Bioland wheat malt and 40% Bioland barley malt, hops, and premium brewing water. It contains no protein stabilizer. Before bottling, wheat beer from Munster is added to unfermented beer wort, which makes the beer in the bottle still ferment.
