Rotari Brut

Rotari Brut Metodo Classico is an iconic expression of viticulture from the hills and terraces which lie along the swift flowing Adige River, in the heart of the Dolomites Mountains.

Produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes that are selected and harvested by hand and originate exclusively from the best vineyards in the hills of Trentino. At the foot of the Dolomites, where the Chardonnay expresses best its fresh and fruity character, the Rotari Brut is fragrant, intense and elegant.

From tight clusters with sweet copper-colored grapes, this Brut is characterized by a distinctive balance, crisp minerality and finesse that only can be found in the Dolomite region.

Initially the nose is precise, expressive, and refreshing, with notes of jasmine, white flowers, nuts and brioche. Flavors of citrus fruits, pleasant salinity, and crisp minerality.

Ideal as an aperitif; recommended with appetizers and light pastas or risotto.
