Forget Brimont Brut

Here is a luscious sparkling wine from Alsace, France. It is a Premiere Brut from Forget-Brimont. Pale golden in color this Premiere Brut has a delicate nose is very fresh with a lovely complexity. Fresh and supple on the palate. The first impression is of fresh green apples with a hint of white flowers and hazelnuts. The overall palate is well balanced with good length. Perfect as an aperitif. This cuvee is a wonderful match for white meat in a cream sauce or veal with a julienne of vegetables.
