Nulu French Oak Bourbon

Prohibition Craft Spirits (PCS) was founded in 2016 and has become known for their sourcing of exceptional barrels for their own line and for private whiskey clubs. Their Nulu line is sourced MGP bourbon and rye that is bottled unfiltered at cask strength. This release is initially aged in American oak alone, before going through a finishing process involving French oak staves of various toast levels for a period of weeks to months, depending on the staves.

It allows us to bring out the desired ?avors, cut out batch multiple times, and make changes as necessary to aspire to near-perfection. Guests can experience our creations from distillation to bottle to glass, as all our operations take place at our Baxter Avenue Facility.
