Heaven Hill 17 Year Bourbon Whiskey

The Heaven Hill 17-Year-Old Barrel Proof Bourbon Whiskey release is the first edition to the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection. The collection is essentially a special annual release program featuring mature expressions. This one in particular features some of the oldest juice the Bardstown distillery has aging in its rick houses.

The mash bill of Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 17-Year-Old Barrel Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Limited Release uses a classic Heaven Hill bourbon mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley.
