Rock Town Arkansas Straight Barley Bourbon Whiskey is a premium small batch bourbon whiskey distilled, aged and bottled at our distillery in Little Rock, Arkansas. Distilled from a mash of Arkansas grown corn, un-malted barley, and malted barley.

61% Corn
30% Un-malted Barley
9% Malted Barley

As with all our whiskies, our Arkansas Barley Bourbon Whiskey is made from grain to glass right here at the distillery in Little Rock. We’re makers not fakers.

Tasting Notes:
Liquorice Allsorts, especially the chocolate one…; just magnificent: had this been a Kentucky bourbon I would not have told the difference. So many strains of cocoa it is hard to keep track; between them sits Manuka and Bruyerre honey, as a well as maple syrup and red liquorice; the vaguest hint of hickory fills the mid-ground; much drier now and some Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee mingles with the vanilla; they should call themselves Choc Town after this stunner…One of the non-Kentucky bourbons of the year. And the best thing I have yet encountered from this outstanding distillery…
