Job Responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact for all media and promotional material
• Design advertisements for publication, digital ads, and social media
• Manage the creation, content, and strategy of social media accounts and email campaigns
• Create digital advertisements for in-store TV's and street sign (graphics, videos, and/or animations)
• Photograph and upload website images of new products as well as update current product images
• Create content for website blog and in-store signage
• Create and send mobile app notifications
• Take pictures of new employees for the website
• Perform all other job-related duties as requested, including checking out or assisting customers if needed

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, or related field is preferred
• Graphic Design experience of 1 year is preferred
• Experience in photography, writing, videography, and animation is a plus
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to: Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, and AfterEffects
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively
• Possess strong organization and creative skills and is detail-oriented
• Familiar with online content management system platforms
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor
• Likes to bring fun into the lives of customers and co-workers
• Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Capable of fulfilling the physical requirements of the position
• Must be 21 years of age with no felony convictions, per Arkansas state law
