The Domaine Pinot Gris' entry is filling, soft, supple and round. The mid-palate is fruit forward and juicy with a nice, balanced acidity carrying the wine through its' ample and lengthy finish.
Production Notes
In keeping with our traditional Pinot Gris style, the 2014 vintage was fermented in 100% stainless steel, temperature controlled tanks to maximize fruit characters. The Domaine Pinot Gris is sur lie aged for 5 months prior to bottling.
