Returns

Arkansas state law currently prohibits retailers from taking back returns for alcohol.  Non-alcohol related items may be returned within 15 days with the original purchase reciept.

 

Shipping

Shipping of alcohol in or out of the state of Arkanas is currently not legal.  Orders placed online must be picked up at Legacy Wine and Spirits at 16900 Chenal  Parkway, Suite 130 Little Rock, AR 72223, or delivered locally.  Legacy will only deliver within a 15 mile radius of the store.
