New Belgium Adding Corners Cherry

We often say that Todd Leopold, of Leopold Bros. Distillery, goes out of his way to ADD corners instead of cut them. His steadfast commitment to ingredients, technique and tradition is why we love his distillery. Adding Corners is a mini-series of distillery-fruited, whiskey barrel-aged sours. This variant is a blend of dark & golden base beer acidified in freshly-emptied cherry whiskey barrels for six months to produce a sienna-hued sour ale with enticing cherry aromas. Enjoy!
