Bikicki SO Sauvignon Blanc

"Full of lemon zest, orange liqueur, yellow apple and red grapefruit. The citrus base is upgraded with tones of hay, St. John’s wort oil and a sweet note of homemade biscuit. A moderately full and rounded wine, with mild tannins and a layered finish that evokes the taste of lemon cream and a bitter cherry stone note. Spontaneous fermentation of natural yeasts. Seven days of cold maceration. Aging in 500 l oak for six months."
