Trivento Reserve Cabernet Malbec

Deep ruby red in color, with powerful plum and red fruit aromas upfront which combine harmoniously with hints of vanilla from the oak aging. Well-structured on the palate, with fleshy tannins and a pleasant, persistent finish.

Vineyards: Mendoza, Argentina. Grapes primarily sourced from the MaipI, Lujan de Cuyo, and surrounding areas. Alluvial soil.

Winemaking: Hand harvested in April, the grapes are cold macerated prior to separate varietal fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Natural malolactic fermentation follows. The separate wines are aged for six months in French oak barrels. After assemblage, the wine is aged for six months in bottle prior to release.
