Our inaugural offering from Burundi this year originates from a prestigious washing station called Munkaze. This particular coffee was dried naturally in its initial form of cherry. The result is flavors of deep purple plum and raw sugar from the fermentation of the beans inside the fruit. Dried stone fruit and chocolate also show up on the backend making this a really sweet Spring coffee. This should perform well as a modern espresso or a refreshing filter coffee over ice.
