Hakushika Tanuki Sake

Hakushika's Tanuki Sake is brewed with Nihonbare and other select domestically-produced rice and Miyamizu. Nishinomiya's famous water from the Rokko Mountains known as one of the best waters in Japan for creating delicious sake. Dry with a refreshingly crisp finish, this is a versatile sake which may be enjoyed in a variety of temperature (from chilled to warmed) with a variety cuisine (from teriyaki to pizza).

Food Pairing: Excellent for matching with such popular Japanese favorites as sushi, teriyaki, and tempura. Also excellent with yakitori grilled chicken, ramen, vegetable stir-fry, Asian noodles, and spring rolls. For an unexpected delight, try with pizza, barbecued meats and vegetables, and green salads!
