Osborne Pedro Ximenez 1827 Sweet Sherry

PRODUCTION
Exposure to the sun of the cut grape (Soleo). Gentle pressing and fortifying of the must. Ageing following the traditional system of Criaderas and Soleras, in American oak casks.

TASTING NOTES
A dark mahogany color, very dense (good legs). In the nose, deep aromas of passerillage (drying of the grapes on the vine), very aromatic and perfumed. In the mouth, very sweet, aromatic, flavorsome and deep.

STORAGE
As a general rule, in well-ventilated places, away from sources of heat. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator.

OUR RECOMMENDATION
Ideal for after meals, on its own or served with any type of sweet. Also a very good accompaniment for ice creams or blue cheese. Drinking temperature between 12-16°C.
